Mission Statement: “To create an environment that enhances the liturgical celebration, inspires the spiritual family to full participation and unites God’s people in Christ.”
St. Thomas Worship Committee meets monthly to study and discuss our liturgical celebrations. With the help of many talented individuals, we prepare for each week and the liturgical seasons. We consider the various ministries involved and our particular parish needs. Elements of liturgy are the space, the music, the lay ministers, and the environment. Our vision is to inspire a deep spirit of renewal as we worship together, a spirit of enthusiasm and energy as we hear God’s Word and live our lives according to His plan.
The St. Thomas Social Concerns Commission works to bring charity and justice to those in need in our parish and local and global communities. Interested in being a part of the Social Concerns Commission? Please contact the parish office.

Parish Nurse
Parish Nurse: Jeanine Alich is available to consult with parishioners regarding medical issues. Please call 285.7644.
Ministers of Praise: This group of parishioners, many of whom are homebound, pray each day for particular needs in our Church. Persons in the prayer group receive monthly intercessions in the mail and pray in their own homes. There are no dues and no meetings. This is a wonderful way to stay involved in serving others if you are no longer able to physically work at parish functions. If you have questions, or would like to join this ministry, please call the parish office.
Interngenerational ministry: Bible Partners, the intergenerational scripture study project between St. Thomas School students and parish adults, begins each fall. If you would like to be a Bible partner, call the parish office.
Homebound Ministry: Please call us at the parish office if you, or someone you know, would like to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation or Eucharist at home and/or have a pastoral visit. We don't always know who is lonely or feeling neglected unless it is brought to our attention; please don't hesistate to alert us to the needs of yourself or others. Also, if your loved one is in the hospital and would like a visit, our staff is honored to do so. Please let us know by calling the parish office. Occasionally, parishioners are admitted and discharged before we know they have been hospitalized.
